👷🏽 Responsibilities

- Provide residential service repairs, replacements, installations, and maintenance.
- Ability to diagnose properly and able to provide the customer with at least 2 or 3 repair/replacement options and provide quality workmanship.
- Show yourself as a professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable team member.
- Maintain your truck so that it is neat and clean on the inside and outside at all times. The truck is one of the best billboards that the company has
- Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure the business’s overall success.
- Obey the company Code of Ethics and the Team Rules
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
- Always be safety conscious both on the job and while driving.
- Participate actively in all training exercises and morning meetings.
- Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
Job requirements
-
- Minimum 3 consecutive years’ experience in residential repair service and in-depth knowledge of residential plumbing systems.
- Previous sales training thru SGI, PSI, Nexstar, or Contractors 2000 is a plus.
- Professional and goal oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- You are goal-oriented and eager to learn new things.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must have own hand and power tools.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (for the last three years).
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficient math & writing skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
